1. Services
- ✅ Car & Bike Rentals – Available for self-drive or with a driver.
- ✅ Flexible Packages – Choose hourly, package-based, or full-day rentals (up to 12 hours).
- ✅ Multiple Stops – Ideal for business trips, sightseeing, and personal travel.
2. Pricing & Extra Charges
🚲 Bike Rentals
💰 ₹100/hour for extra time.
🚖 Rickshaw Hire Package
- 📌 ₹15/km after completing the package.
- 📌 If the package kilometers are not covered within the allotted time, a charge of ₹100 per hour applies if the total distance is below 120 km.
🚘 Car Hire
- 📌 ₹20/km after the package is completed.
- 📌 Waiting charges: ₹100 per hour.
🌍 Outstation Car Policy
📌 ₹15/km for extra distance (only for non-waiting rides).
🧑✈️ Driver Charges
📌 ₹300/day (applicable only for car rides).
🌙 Night Charges
📌 ₹500 (for rides between 11:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
🛣️ Additional Charges
- 📌 Toll, parking, and state taxes – Paid by the renter/customer.
- 📌 Outstation Drop-Off – Additional charges apply.
3. Booking & Payment
- 📌 Book via NashikTrip.com or WhatsApp.
- 📌 Full payment is required before the trip begins.
- 📌 Refundable Security Deposit – As per company policy.
4. Usage Rules
- ✔ Valid License Required – Mandatory for renting bikes.
- ✔ Safe Driving Only – Racing, off-roading, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
- ✔ Traffic Violations – The renter is responsible for any fines or penalties.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
- 📌 Full Refund – For cancellations 24+ hours before pickup. 💰
- 📌 No Refunds for incorrect details or mid-ride cancellations.
- 📌 Refunds may be issued for service failures or major delays.
💳 Refund Processing
- 📌 Refunds are processed within 1 business day to the original payment method.
- 📌 Security Deposit Refund – Processed the next day after inspection.
6. Insurance & Damages
- 📌 All vehicles are covered under third-party insurance.
- 📌 Any damage, accident, or theft must be reported immediately.
- 📌 The renter is responsible for damages beyond insurance coverage.
